Dig's immensely successful product is a web-enabled CDROM. Dig Video users play a CDROM in their PC or Mac computer that features top rated music videos and enhanced online content. One key benefit of an integrated online—offline marketing product is the ability to "pull down fresh content from the web" which means that yesterday's marketing expense is not a sunk cost: the message can be regularly updated. This product represents a new marketing medium which is released monthly and enjoys distribution in the millions. Shown here is Dig's CDROM music video playback interface.

Web enabled DVD interface design featuring music video playback interface

Shown below is Dig Video's former online music community website. Key features are it's distinctive "rotating wheel menu system" and video playback window with chiron information. Also of note was a Java chat popup window which allowed participants to discuss the videos they were watching in realtime on a per-channel basis. This innovative approach created a shared experience amongst participants who no longer engaged in passive isolated entertainment but became active members of an audience.
