It's amazing how wildly popular Joomla software is. We don't recommend it for all clients by any means, but as a Content Management System (CMS) it's truly best-in-class. In this case, the client wanted a very clean, simple content presentation that was accessible to older users. Cutting-edge XHTML techniques made it happen.
